 tion &amp\; Family Change\n\nDescription: This workshop is designed to equ
 ip parents and caregivers with practical knowledge and strategies to suppo
 rt young children through separation\, divorce\, changes in caregivers\, r
 elocation\, and other family transitions. Participants will explore effect
 ive ways to communicate with children about difficult changes\, respond ap
 propriately to emotional and behavioural reactions\, maintain consistent r
 outines\, and foster a sense of safety\, stability\, and emotional connect
 ion. The workshop will also emphasise strategies for reducing family confl
 ict and minimising its potential impact on children’s emotional well-bei
 ng\, adjustment\, and learning.\n\nObjective:\n1. Explore healthy co-paren
 ting and communication strategies where appropriate.\n\n\n2. Identify ways
  to reduce children's exposure to parental conflict.\n3. Strengthen parent
 s' ability to respond calmly and compassionately to children's difficult e
 motions.\n4. Develop practical strategies for helping children build resil
 ience during periods of change.\n5. Understand how separation and family c
 hanges can affect young children emotionally and behaviourally.\n6. Identi
 fy common signs of stress\, anxiety\, sadness\, confusion\, or insecurity 
 in children.\n7. Learn age-appropriate ways to explain family changes to y
 oung children.\n8. Develop strategies for maintaining consistency\, routin
