 ing\, Session 1 - Programme Overview and the Strengths and Difficulties Qu
 estionnaire (SDQ)\n\nDescription: First of three Tier I instrument trainin
 g sessions for teachers in the sampled pilot institutions\, delivered by e
 ducation district cluster across the two-week window. Covers the PEARL scr
 eening model and tiered pathway\, the teacher's role in the observation wi
 ndow\, and completion of the teacher-rated SDQ including the impact supple
 ment.\n\nObjectives:\n\nTeachers will be able to:\n\n(1) describe the PEAR
 L screening cycle and the Tier I to Tier III pathway\;\n\n(2) complete the
  SDQ accurately\, including reverse-scored items\;\n\n(3) recognise and av
 oid common rating errors\;\n\n(4) state when to raise a concern outside th
 e screening cycle\, including safeguarding indicators that trigger the chi
 ld protection protocol immediately.\n\nTarget Audience: ECCE Administrator
