 ing\, problem-solving techniques\, and how to remain neutral in disputes. 
 The goal is to empower students to facilitate discussions\, guide parties 
 toward mutual understanding\, and encourage collaborative solutions\, fost
 ering a more harmonious and supportive environment. the selected peer medi
 ators would serve as role models for conflict resolution in the community.
