 d training for school administrators\, teachers\, staff\, and parents on w
 orking with traumatized children in the ECCE centers. Sections include inf
 ormation on trauma-informed care (TIC) for educators/staff and for parents
 . The Toolkit has ten (10) fact sheets on different aspects of trauma in s
 chools and how educators and parents can respond. This in-depth training w
 ill equip center staff members and parents with practical resources and st
 rategies to support traumatize children within the ECCE centers.\n\nObject
 ive: The training objectives are designed to equip educators and staff wit
 h the knowledge and skills necessary to create a safe\, supportive\, and h
 ealing environment for young children who have experienced trauma. Trainee
 s will be able to define what constitutes trauma\, particularly in early c
 hildhood care and education\, and understand how Adverse Childhood Experie
 nces (ACEs) and other traumatic events can affect a child's brain developm
 ent\, behavior\, and learning. Participants will learn to identify common 
 behavioral\, emotional\, and physical indicators of trauma in young childr
 en\, such as difficulties with emotional regulation\, attachment issues\, 
 and sudden changes in behavior. Educators and parents will learn to respon
 d to challenging behaviors with patience and understanding\, using strateg
 ies that teach new skills rather than simply punishing the child. This inc
 ludes avoiding re-traumatization and creating a sense of predictability. T
 rainees will recognize the risk of secondary traumatic stress and compassi
 on fatigue and will learn strategies to protect their own well-being so th
