 nhance the capacity of teachers in the use of varied strategies for curric
 ulum implementation. Problem-Based Learning approaches will enable the use
  of real-world problems to promote student learning of concepts and princi
 ples and allow for the development of 21st century skills and allow for th
 e hosting of the School’s Science and Innovation Fair.\n\nObjectives: \
 n\n 	Examine the role of PBL in the realization of goals as identified in 
 national policies.\n 	Examine the role of PBL in teaching and learning.\n 
 	Explore PBL as an effective teaching and assessment approach.\n 	Explore 
 the integration of PBL and Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Math (ST
 EM) methodologies.\n 	Create examples of the application of PBL in classro
 om practice.\n\nTarget Audience: Standard three teachers\n\nPoint Person:
