II.  What Makes Us Different 

Description: This video is a reference for teachers who feel undervalued. The speaker poses a question “What do you see?”, “A bee” everyone replies, he elaborates on the importance of  bees and the negative effects on society if it did not exist. However, despite its endless benefits everyone saw it as just a bee. The same concept could be applied to teachers and it is within themselves to really see their own value though the world may be against them.
