Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, educators will learn techniques for fostering positive interactions, managing behavior, and creating culturally responsive and welcoming classrooms. Additionally, the workshop will cover effective ways to engage families in the learning process and offer tools to evaluate and improve existing ECCE environments.
