Objectives:

1) To enable new teachers to critically and objectively evaluate their own teaching practice using a variety of self-assessment tools.
2)To empower new teachers to transform their reflective insights into specific, actionable goals for professional development and classroom improvement.
3)To foster a routine of collaborative reflection, where new teachers actively seek and utilise feedback from mentors and colleagues.

Target Audience: ECCE, Primary & Secondary School Teachers
