Description: Teacher Induction Programme bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the classroom for teachers who entered the teaching service during the 2023-2024 academic year. The programme aims to provide these teachers with the necessary support to succeed in their professional roles.
Objectives: Equip new teachers with foundational pedagogical knowledge and skills through instructional sessions delivered in both face-to-face and hybrid formats.
