Description: Address and manage behavioural issues effectively in the classroom. Design and implement strategies to create a motivating and supportive learning environment.

Objectives: 

1) Develop strategies to address common behavioural issues.
2) Role-play scenarios involving behavioural challenges and resolutions.
3) Develop motivational strategies to engage students.
4) Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Target Audience:  Early Career Teachers- Teacher Induction Programme
