Description: SPED ML HOD fraternity meeting
Objectives: The workshop is intended to achieve the following outcomes-
• Guide HODs on successfully fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
• Establish a formal professional learning community with the POSEED ML HODs
• Provide guidance regarding Spanish/Modern Foreign Languages Day Cultural Transformation initiative
• Disseminate information regarding changes with the ML syllabuses
• Guide clinical supervision interventions
• Provide professional development on “Leadership as Middle Managers”
Target Audience: SPED ML HODs

Mode of Delivery: In-person- SPED Secondary School (T.B.D.)
Specific Instructions:
1. This meeting targets SPED Modern Languages (Spanish & French) Heads of Department (appointed/acting).
2. Attendees are required to indicate attendance by completing the online registration form that will be included in the memo.
3. Subsequent meeting details will be emailed to participants upon completion of registration.
4. Attendees are required to be present for the entire meeting period.
