Topic: CAPE External SBA Moderators’ Administration and Standardization Meeting
Description: A face-to-face workshop to be held over a period of two days. Training will focus on ensuring that moderators as provided with update information re: administrative procedures and assessment approaches to ensure overall validity, reliability, accuracy and fairness in the assessment process. Also, the moderation schedule is expected to be finalized after personnel are assigned to school.
Objectives:
1. To provide moderators with sound technical guidance for assessing the CAPE Unit 1 and Unit 2 SBAs.
2. To standardize procedures to be used in the 2025 School Based Assessment moderation process.
3. To finalize the administrative arrangements for the conduct of the 2025 CAPE Physical Education and Sport moderation exercise.
