Description: Apply strategies to embed numeracy in all subject areas.

Objectives:

1)To enable new teachers to recognise and articulate how numeracy skills, concepts, and language are relevant and applicable within their specific subject areas, beyond mathematics.
2)To empower new teachers to deliberately incorporate numeracy tasks, problem-solving, and data analysis into their lesson plans to reinforce and apply skills from the mathematics curriculum.
3)To ensure new teachers use and model consistent, precise numeracy language and terminology across the curriculum, helping students make connections and avoid confusion.

Target Audience: ECCE, Primary & Secondary School Teachers
