Topic: Supporting Your Child Through Change and Transition
Description: This parent workshop will assist parents in helping their children to manage transitions such as changing classes, schools, routines, family circumstances and developmental stages.
Objectives: At the end of this workshop, parents will be able to identify common transition-related stressors, recognise adjustment difficulties, support children’s coping skills, and develop transition plans with school support where needed.
