Topic: Helping Children Manage Big Feelings: Emotional Regulation and Resilience

Description: This parenting workshop will help parents understand how children’s brains and bodies experience emotions, recognise their children’s emotional needs, and teach simple coping, problem-solving, and emotional regulation skills to their children.

Objectives: At the end of this workshop, parents will be able to identify signs of emotional distress, learn age-appropriate regulation strategies, support resilience and know when and where to seek additional support.
