Topic: Peer Mediation Refresher Training
Description: Peer mediation training is intended to teach students, how to help resolve conflicts among their peers in a peaceful and constructive manner. Students would learn communication skills, active listening, problem-solving techniques, and how to remain neutral in disputes. The goal is to empower students to facilitate discussions, guide parties toward mutual understanding, and encourage collaborative solutions, fostering a more harmonious and supportive environment. the selected peer mediators would serve as role models for conflict resolution in the community.
Objectives: To assist students in developing their peer mediation skills
