Objectives:
At the conclusion of the programme, participants will be able to:
• Explain the purpose, structure, and expectations of the SSOF.
• Develop and strengthen Curriculum Action Plans aligned to the AFIRM Framework.
• Design and implement effective Culture and Wellbeing Plans.
• Strengthen school operations through effective Administrative Action Planning.
• Analyse school data and identify improvement priorities.
• Develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators aligned to school improvement priorities.
• Establish and sustain Professional Learning Communities.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to support planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Implement evidence-based monitoring and accountability systems.
• Develop strategic school improvement interventions aligned with Ministry priorities
