Description: This support session empowers Heads of Department, Senior Teachers, and Administrators to effectively lead the inductees by refining their approach to mentorship and clinical oversight. Participants will gain practical strategies to execute mandated termly supervision and monthly instructional coaching, ensuring that mentorship moves beyond administrative check-ins to become a catalyst for pedagogical growth.
Objectives: Clarify the purpose and roles of mentoring; develop skills for receiving and using feedback; promote reflective practice; and strengthen supportive professional relationships.
